8. Regulatory Compliance & Certifications

Where applicable, the Company confirms that:

• A valid and enforceable tenancy or business operation arrangement is maintained
  
• Any required certifications, approvals, or registrations (including Sijil Halal, KKM, or other applicable regulatory requirements) are obtained and maintained in accordance with Malaysian law
  

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the MFormula website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of OASIS CTG ALLIANCE SDN. BHD. or its licensors.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services
  
• All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
  

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updates will be effective upon publication, with the Effective Date revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
