2. Returns
You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate the return process, please email us at enquiry@procomsec.com with your order number and the reason for return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exclusions

Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery

Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item), in which case we will cover the cost.
