Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products and services purchased directly through the MFormula website and operated by OASIS CTG ALLIANCE SDN. BHD.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
  
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Please note that processing times may vary and are subject to third-party payment gateway handling.

4. Non-Returnable / Excluded Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  
• Clearance items or promotional products clearly marked as “Final Sale”
  
• Any item returned outside the allowed return window
  

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  
• If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective item, incorrect product shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost
  

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
